SHIPPING AND PICK-UP POLICY

Pick-up


To be able to pick up your products in-clinic please choose the “pick-up” option when checking out.


Most likely your products will be available for you to pick-up the next business day from 1 Quaama Close, Prestons NSW 2170 during the following hours: Thursday - Sunday 10 am - 8 pm. There may be delays due to public holidays, busy times, or if a product is out of stock. Please wait for a confirmation email or SMS to confirm when your products will be available for pick-up.

Covid-19 Update: Due to high demand we are currently experiencing delays processing orders. Domestic shipping times are further delayed, therefore we recommend allowing an additional 4 business days to the timings outlined below.

Here at Prestons Hydrafacial, it is our top priority to get your products shipped to you as soon as possible. Your products will be sent to you using Australia Post and will be dispatched on the same business day if placed before 2 pm AEST. When your order has been dispatched you will be sent a confirmation of dispatch with your tracking number. 


There may be delays during public holidays, busy business periods, or if an item is out of stock. In this case, we will notify you via email or SMS. Prestons Hydrafacial is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by Australia Post. 


We only ship to regions within NSW, Australia.

Free shipping is automatically applied on orders $150 and over at checkout. 

Please double check that your shipping information is correct, including business name or unit number. We do not take responsibility for shipping delays or missing items if your address is incomplete or invalid. Tracking information is provided by our shipping carriers and will be provided to you by email during the order fulfillment process. We do not take responsibility for issues with tracking or delivery once the parcel is with the carriers. Should an item be returned to the sender, re-postage fees may apply.

Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. All orders are sent with an authority to leave (if safe to do so). If you would prefer to sign for your parcel on delivery, please notify us within the ‘Order Notes’ section at the time of checkout.

If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Prestons Hydrafacial will not take responsibility if you are not the signee or if the signee is fraudulent.

What will happen to my order if I am not at home when it arrives?


For Australia Post Standard and Express Post, the delivery driver will attempt delivery once.

If you’re not home and the courier determines that it's safe to do so, they will leave the parcel in a safe location and take a photo as Proof of Delivery. Safe drop enables the couriers to leave parcels at your location without you need to collect from a post office. You can Opt-Out of Safe Drop or request for redirection via your MyPost account.


If it is deemed not safe to leave and there isn't someone available to sign for your order, it will be taken to your closest Australia Post outlet for collection. There should be a card left either near your door or in your letterbox. Your order will be available to collect for up to 5 days after delivery. If the order is still uncollected it will be returned to us and additional postage may be payable.


What do I do if my order is delayed?


Below are some tips on what to do in the event that your order is delayed.

  • Check your tracking information on Australia Post Tracking Service with your tracking details. If you don't have your tracking information which is sent to you upon confirmation of dispatch

  • If you have any issue with tracking or you have other questions then please contact us and we will help you find the best solution.


Can I have my order delivered to my post office box or locker address?


Yes, you can. Simply use your PO Box or Australia Post Locker address in your delivery information and we will ship directly to it.
