RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We cover all our products sold on our website with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, this is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you decide you no longer want or need your purchased products, you can simply return the product in original un-opened and undamaged packaging to Prestons Medical Centre for a full product refund.

Refund steps


Step 1

Email us at info@prestonshydrafacial.com.au to discuss any issues first, providing your details (name, address, phone number, and product name), a receipt or proof of purchase, any imagery should the product be deemed faulty, and any details should you simply not be satisfied with the product. Also, please indicate the payment type you used on your order.


Step 2

In case of a return, items must be returned to us in their original condition to Prestons Medical Centre within 30 days of delivery (as dated on your shipping confirmation email). Carefully pack items into a box/satchel bag, ensuring that it is properly sealed and that you have included within the returned parcel your receipt. You are responsible for postage costs and assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit. Therefore, we advise you insure your parcel. Prestons Hydrafacial will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit upon returning.

Step 4

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 20 days of receipt. We will process the refund via the method of payment that you initially made. Exchanges will be sent via standard shipping. You will receive a confirmation email notification or phone call from our team during this process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Product Reactions


If you experience a product reaction (e.g. skin turns red upon contact, you experience burning, itching, or hives) you must wash the product off your skin completely ASAP and apply ice to the area. If a severe reaction occurs or you experience worsening symptoms please seek medical attention.


In the case of a product reaction, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange (imagery of the reaction may be required). Please also contact us and let us know so we can prevent a reaction in the future and keep a record of your allergies to provide you with better treatments.
